We’re looking for self‑employed Live In Carers to join our platform. You will work as a self‑employed live‑in carer providing personal care and household support to older people in their own homes. You will work on a self‑employed basis, contracting directly with families. Elder introduces you to opportunities and provides platform support.

All travel is reimbursed to and from your placement, including trains, flights, or mileage if you drive. Your own private room on every placement. Access to our dedicated support team to help you use the platform and manage placements.

Platform Support and optional benefits through our Carer Loyalty Programme from day one, supporting your health, wellbeing and finances — including Online GP, physiotherapy, sickness & compassionate leave, confidential counselling and more. (These are optional support services available through the platform and do not form part of an employment relationship.)
