Fountain (South Shields) is offering an Apprentice Chef role in partnership with Greene King and Lifetime Training. You will train on the job, learn to prepare, cook and present food to meet specs while maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
The apprenticeship includes English and Maths Functional Skills, mentoring in the workplace, and four masterclasses across cooking areas. Working week includes evenings and weekends; duration about 1 year 3 months, with 2 positions available.
