FoundryOS is a modular fintech infrastructure platform that powers next-generation banking and wealth propositions. It provides core services for identity, accounts, payments, trading and lending, all configurable through a single operating system that’s built for speed, compliance and flexibility.
We’re big believers in autonomous teams and iterative development. We strive to always build the right thing and build the thing right, so we place great emphasis on understanding exactly what our clients need and delivering quality products that exceed their expectations.
We operate in multiple build squads that operate independently but align to the same goals and ways of working. We recognise that different drivers guide our roadmaps from client needs to commercial strategy to regulatory change and managing those dependencies are made through aligned team decisions.
We make client success everyone’s business - what we are going to do and how we do it are team decisions. We strongly believe that you grow expertise through hands-on experience, rather than just theoretical knowledge, so our approach to product leadership is designed to give you deep exposure to our products, our clients, and the fintech industry really fast.
We build our product and tech function with focus on:
- Understanding FoundryOS capabilities, industry needs and client use cases
- Quality is at the heart of everything we do and not just a gate in a process
- Leading product roadmaps, planning and establishing best practices
- Developing expertise in the financial services industry and regulatory environments
- Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships through team excellence
- Zero-to-one function building - creating product delivery frameworks, engineering performance systems, and product delivery processes from the ground up
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape FoundryOS’s Accounts, Asset Movement and Asset Storage domains. This is the engine room of the platform - how accounts are structured and governed, and how money and investments are represented, moved and reconciled across brokers, custodians and payment rails.
You’ll work with the Lead PM and engineering teams to deliver the features and integrations that make these systems reliable, scalable and compliant. From funding and transfers to trading, settlement and reconciliation, you’ll help define and deliver capabilities that keep assets flowing and data accurate across the platform.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, architects and clients to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear product decisions. You’ll contribute to how the ledger models states of value, how we integrate with external payment and trading infrastructure, and how those flows remain dependable and auditable.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked with payment or trading rails and understand how these systems fit into modern financial architecture.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead PM to define account structures and rules, and how multi-asset and multi-custodian scenarios are supported across FoundryOS’s ledger and transaction flows
- Partner with Engineering to design and deliver key capabilities that underpin accurate, real-time movement and reconciliation of assets
- Define and refine requirements for integrations with payment rails, brokers, custodians and fund networks
- Collaborate with clients to ensure custody, reconciliation and record-keeping requirements align with regulatory expectations
- Analyse performance and scalability across your domain and work with Engineering to drive continuous improvement
- Gather feedback from client implementations to inform platform evolution and product direction
- Lead discovery, testing and documentation for your domain area, ensuring consistency in approach and clarity of decision-making across teams
We describe ourselves as "remote but not remote only". We believe work can be done anywhere but relationships and trust are built best face-to-face. And that the best teams take ownership for themselves.
We strongly believe our people should decide where they will do the best work for the company. We don’t support presenteeism, nor do we support missing important face-to-face meetings to receive an Amazon delivery at home. But if you take ownership of yours and your teams’ deliveries, and will work where you need to be to get the best outcome for the company, whether that be at home, in the office in London, or meeting strategic partners, then you’re for us.
Benefits
- 25 days holiday
- Birthday day off
- Workplace Pension Scheme
- Private Medical Insurance
- Private Dental Insurance
- Group Income Protection
- Group Life Assurance
- 24-hour mental health support
- Equity Scheme (coming soon!)
Qualifications
- Experienced product manager with a background in payments, trading or related infrastructure
- You have experience in B2B/SaaS environments and understand the B2B2C dynamic
- Strong understanding of how regulated financial firms consume platform capabilities
- Skilled at translating compliance and operational requirements into flexible, scalable features
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience in working cross functionally and influencing technical teams.
- Hands-on and pragmatic with experience working within a fast paced startup environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working with autonomy and ownership of a product area
