About the role:
We are looking for senior product designers to work closely with Product Leads across our platforms. You will shape the future of our SaaS and B2B2C products, bringing strong experience in user-centred design, mobile apps, complex workflows, and scalable systems.
You will help evolve our digital experiences across our touch points:
- Lead design from discovery through delivery, grounded in user-centred (UCD) principles
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape features that balance user experience (UX), commercial goals, and technical feasibility
- Break down complex and ambiguous problem spaces into clear flows, interactions, and design solutions
- Create sketches, wireframes, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes to explore, validate, and communicate ideas
- Design intuitive and well-crafted user interfaces across mobile and web, applying brands consistently across product interactions
- Design experiences that interface with SDKs, APIs, and modular frameworks
- Contribute to and help scale our design systems
- Facilitate and participate in design sprints and workshops, turning ideas and insights into actionable concepts
- Apply user research methodologies and usability testing to inform and improve designs

Experience required:
- Designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in B2B2C contexts with strong commercial awareness
- Working in or with fintech products is desirable
- Strong UX and interaction design skills across complex product domains
- Exceptional communication with stakeholders and collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Proven ability to design both mobile and web-based platforms
- Confident using user research techniques to inform and improve design
- Comfortable designing for API-driven and modular platforms
- Experience using customer feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for rapid exploration and prototyping
- Illustration, animation, or motion skills are a plus
- Design QA/UAT is desirable
