We are a team that values autonomous groups, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. We focus on understanding client needs and delivering high-quality products that exceed expectations. We believe high-performing teams operate best with a build-it and run-it mindset and a strong curiosity about how our products work and how clients use them. We maintain alignment across multiple build squads while allowing independence, and manage dependencies through aligned team decisions. We make client success everyone’s business—what we are going to do and how we do it are team decisions.

We believe expertise grows through hands-on experience, and our product leadership approach gives you rapid, deep exposure to our products, clients, and the fintech industry.

We Build Our Product With a Focus On:

  • Ensuring FoundryOS's capabilities meet the needs of the industry and client use cases
  • Transparency of what FoundryOS is and how it works
  • Providing a trusted platform for financial services industry and regulatory environments
  • Quality is at the heart of everything we do and not just an engineering process
  • FoundryOS is different and our difference is what makes us special

We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader who combines exceptional people skills with deep product marketing understanding and client advocacy. You will drive our product marketing ensuring alignment to roadmaps, client needs and commercial drivers.

You understand that building exceptional products requires high-quality and engaging marketing. Your role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate that into actionable marketing delivery to support our commercial go-to-market performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the story: Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that shows exactly why our products matter. Translate technical detail into language people actually want to read. Build narratives that feel human, modern, and unmistakably FoundryOS.
  • Go-to-market, end-to-end: Lead GTM planning for new products and major feature releases. Define who we’re for, why we win, and how we show up. Work closely with Product and Commercial teams to shape what launches, when, and why.
  • Insight, not guesswork: Spend real time with customers and the market to understand jobs-to-be-done, pain points, and opportunities. Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape and help teams spot where gaps exist. Turn research into practical recommendations that sharpen the product and the story around it.
  • Arm the team: Create high-quality sales enablement tools—decks, pitch narratives, battlecards, demo flows—to help us sell the story confidently. Ensure every touchpoint, from the first slide to the final conversation, feels consistent and compelling.
  • Bring the product to life: Develop content that showcases the product: web pages, short explainers, case studies, feature breakdowns. Partner with marketing to fuel campaigns with sharp, insight-led messaging. Push for clarity, quality, and simplicity across every asset.
  • Measure what matters: Define what good looks like and hold us to it. Track adoption, engagement, and GTM performance, then use data to make smarter decisions. Share insights clearly with the product and commercial teams.

Location: We describe ourselves as "remote but not remote only". Work can be done anywhere, but relationships and trust are built best face-to-face. The best teams take ownership for themselves. We don’t support presenteeism, and you should work where you can deliver the best outcomes for the company—whether that’s at home, in the London office, or meeting strategic partners.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday
  • Birthday day off
  • Workplace Pension Scheme
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Private Dental Insurance
  • Group Income Protection
  • Group Life Assurance
  • 24-hour mental health support
  • Equity Scheme (coming soon!)

Proven 5+ years experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B. A hands-on, fast-paced & strategic mindset. Excellent analytic, stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong brand and content strategy experience with either agency or in-house. Experience building, scaling, and coaching a team from zero. A strong customer focus and the ability to translate customer needs internally. Strong storytelling experience. Experience of working in a FinTech or SaaS environment.
