At FoundryOS, we believe in autonomous teams and iterative development. We are passionate about continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and we seek individuals who share our enthusiasm. Our focus is on understanding exactly what our clients need and delivering quality products that exceed their expectations.
We operate in multiple build squads that work independently but align to the same goals and ways of working. Different drives guide our roadmaps, from client needs to commercial strategy to regulatory change, and managing those dependencies is achieved through aligned team decisions. Client success is everyone's business — what we do and how we do it are team decisions.
We believe that expertise grows through hands-on experience rather than just theoretical knowledge. Our approach to product leadership is designed to provide deep exposure to our products, clients, and the fintech industry quickly and frequently.
We build our product and tech function with a focus on:
- Understanding FoundryOS capabilities, industry needs, and client use cases
- Quality at the heart of everything we do
- Leading product roadmaps, planning, and establishing best practices
- Developing expertise in the financial services industry and regulatory environments
- Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships through team excellence
- Zero-to-one function building — creating product delivery frameworks, engineering performance systems, and product delivery processes from the ground up
We are looking for an experienced product portfolio leader who combines exceptional people skills with deep product delivery lifecycle understanding and client advocacy. You will drive our product portfolio, ensuring alignment across multiple build squads to our roadmaps, client needs, and commercial drivers. You understand that building exceptional products requires high quality and a fast delivery cadence.
Your role requires strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate coaching excellence ways-of-working into actionable delivery insights that drive our build teams’ performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Define, drive, and embed frameworks for delivery teams across planning, estimation, and KPI metrics for delivery and quality
- Serve as a client advocate, ensuring their voices are prioritised in product development decisions
- Analyse delivery metrics and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities and present business cases to product teams
- Collaborate with commercial, implementation, and support teams to communicate existing and future client requirements
- Drive roadmap planning with repeatable and measurable outcomes across quarterly cycles
- Oversee complex dependencies between different delivery teams to ensure client deliveries are achieved
- Develop comprehensive delivery processes, knowledge base, and training materials that scale with business growth
- Implement delivery tools and workflows that improve team efficiency and provide clear performance visibility
- Partner with leadership to manage budgets across delivery teams
- Partner with CTO and the wider group to ensure our Information Security frameworks are managed and our accreditations achieved and maintained
Location: We describe ourselves as “remote but not remote only”. We believe work can be done anywhere, but relationships and trust are built best face-to-face. The best teams take ownership for themselves. We believe our people should decide where they will do the best work for the company.

Requirements:
- 5+ years Agile product delivery with proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of SaaS product development, roadmap planning/analysis, and scalable software development lifecycles
- Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements
- Exceptional internal communication skills with experience presenting to product and executive teams
- Strong business acumen with data-driven approach to identifying trends and driving continuous improvement
- Client-first mindset with genuine passion for client success and collaborative cross-functional partnership
