We're adding a Community Manager (maternity cover) to that team. You'll be the person who brings the space to life. You'll welcome members, support their day, keep the atmosphere positive and make sure everything runs smoothly. You'll handle move‑ins and move‑outs with care. You'll plan events that bring people together. You'll support newsletters and marketing activity. You'll run tours that show why FOUNDRY works so well for growing businesses. You'll work closely with the senior community manager. You'll manage hosts. You'll coordinate rotas. You'll report issues quickly. You'll complete building walks to keep standards high. You'll keep Health and Safety tight through Bright Safe, manage documents, update assessments and make sure checks stay on schedule.
