As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be a key engine for driving volume and revenue growth. Operating within your geographic territory, you will partner strategically with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to conquer your market, focusing on hunting new business, driving account expansion, and securing renewals. You will act as a trusted champion of Foundry’s products, proactively optimizing territory coverage, closing standard deals, and also uncovering strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR roles, or high-volume sales environments.
  • High energy and motivation to conduct daily outreach and manage a large volume of transactional deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual meetings and email correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Coachability and readiness to collaborate with senior sales team members.
