The Executive Business Partner (EBP) is a high impact role designed to amplify the effectiveness of Foundry’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual acts as a partner, ensuring the ELT operates with maximum velocity and alignment in a fast-moving, technically-led business. We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and commercially aware operator. This is not a traditional administrative role, and it requires someone who thinks strategically, moves quickly, and thrives in ambiguity.
You’ll be embedded at the center of some of our most critical business processes. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring that our leadership team remains focused on Foundry’s most critical growth initiatives. The right person takes ownership end-to-end, and succeeds in creating an environment for the individuals they support to work in a much more effective manner.
● Proven experience partnering with C-suite or senior executive leadership to synthesise information and enable informed decision-making in a fast-paced, complex environment.
● Deeply organized with a systems mindset; you build structure, not just follow it.
● High EQ and discretion, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and handle confidential information with care.
● Bias for action and curious learner, requires a self-starter who proactively identifies problems and builds the systems to solve them.
● Exceptional judgment, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; polished representation of the office of the CEO, capable of drafting executive-level decks and communications.
● Proficient with collaboration and project management tools.
● Degree in Business or a related field but secondary to a proven track record of operational impact.
