We're looking for a Creative Specialist with hands-on generative AI experience to join our Creative Services team, supporting the adoption of Griptape, Foundry's AI workflow platform. Based in the UK, you'll be the technical resource for customers evaluating and implementing Griptape in their studios. You'll build workflows and demos, guide customers through evaluations, help migrate from existing AI workflow tools, and serve as the bridge between Foundry's AI platform and the studios using it.

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • Proficiency in Python
  • High-end production experience delivering final product in a studio environment (film or games)
  • Hands-on generative AI knowledge including local model installation, quantization, training models, building LORAs. Focused on achieving production-level creative outcomes.
  • Understanding of how tools integrate within a studio pipeline
  • Experience with node-based AI workflow tools

THE NICE TO HAVE, KEEN TO LEARN:

  • Experience with Foundry products
  • Content creation skills (video tutorials, written guides)
  • Experience at a studio actively investigating or implementing AI workflows in production
  • Custom node or library development experience in a node-based environment
