Foundry is seeking a Credit Controller to support the accounts receivable function and manage the debtor ledger. This role reports to the Financial Systems & Reporting Manager and is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (in‑office 2 days per week).

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s multi‑currency debtor ledger, monitoring customer accounts and coordinating with Sales to recover outstanding debt.
  • Allocate incoming customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Prepare monthly aged debt reports and attend debtor meetings with the FSRM and CFO.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable team: send invoices, issue credit card payment links, record incoming payments, and produce customer software licences.
  • Operate and maintain financial controls in the accounts receivable business process.
  • Assist in month‑end reporting and data gathering for internal and external audit.
  • Respond to internal and external queries promptly.
  • Perform general ad‑hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Very high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent time‑management and discipline to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrates initiative, willingness to learn, and a desire to build a career in finance.

Finance Experience

  • Experience from an internship or prior finance team role.
  • Minimum B grade GCSE Maths (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge essential.
  • Experience with SAP Business One preferable.
