Foundry Talent is seeking a Senior M&E Estimator for a London-based Facilities Management role with hybrid working.

You will take the lead on pricing strategic Hard FM tenders, collaborating with Bid, Commercial, Procurement and Operations teams.

Responsibilities include pricing Hard FM/M&E maintenance tenders, developing labour models, reviewing asset data, and performing site surveys and due diligence.

Strong Excel, CAFM and SFG20 familiarity is essential.
