We are recruiting for an experienced Senior M&E Estimator to join a growing Facilities Management service provider. This is a Hard FM-focused role, ideally suited to someone with experience working for an FM service provider, pricing complex M&E maintenance and Hard FM contracts.
The Role
- Pricing Hard FM / M&E maintenance tenders PPM, reactive, minor works and lifecycle costing
- Developing labour models and subcontractor pricing
- Reviewing asset registers and maintenance requirements
- SFG20-led maintenance pricing
- Site surveys and technical due diligence
- Identifying commercial risks, assumptions and opportunities
- Supporting mobilisation and transition following contract award
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years estimating experience within Hard FM, Building Services or M&E Maintenance
- Ideally experience within an FM service provider
- Strong Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric knowledge
- Experience pricing complex Hard FM contracts
- Good knowledge of SFG20 and statutory compliance
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- CAFM experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
