We’re looking for a Management Accountant to take ownership of finance within a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment. This role sits at the heart of the business, turning data into insight, challenging assumptions, and supporting operational decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and produce monthly management accounts
  • Lead cost accounting (standard costing, labour rates, supplier pricing, BOM support)
  • Analyse and report on material, labour, overhead and PPV variances
  • Manage inventory, stock valuation, and E&O
  • Deliver sales, pricing and margin analysis
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
  • Manage intercompany reporting and transfer pricing
  • Oversee fixed assets and investment analysis
  • Support audit, tax and statutory reporting
  • Work closely with operations, production, procurement and commercial teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Management Accountant role
  • Strong background in manufacturing / cost accounting
  • Comfortable across both transactional and commercial finance
  • Ability to turn data into insight and challenge operational decisions
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part-qualified (or QBE)
  • Power BI / D365 experience beneficial
