Foundry Lane Surgery is looking to appoint a part-time receptionist. We are a small, friendly GP Practice based in East Leeds and are looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our reception team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a GP practice and knowledge of SystemOne. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Working 19.5 hours per week.
Working Pattern
- Thursday 7.45am - 6.30pm
- Friday 7.45am - 5.30pm
£12.41 per hour (rising to £12.91)
Free parking on site

Main duties of the job
- Answering telephone
- Booking appointments
- Processing prescription requests
- Responding to patient enquiries face to face / by phone
- Scanning / filing
- Opening and distributing internal / external mail
- Attend target training activities and staff meetings as required
- Provide cover for sickness / annual leave

We are a training practice based in Seacroft Leeds 14. Our small team includes fully qualified doctors, GP Registrars, nursing, admin and reception teams.
