Last year we opened Sheffields best 24/7 gym, equipped with world-class Hammer Strength, Atlantis, Watson, Prime and Hoist equipment, creating an unrivalled training environment for everyone from first-time gym-goers to experienced athletes.
As we continue to grow we’re looking for a passionate leader to grow with us.
The Role As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the success of our recently opened club, including: Driving memberships, retention and commercial performance.
Delivering an exceptional member experience increasing retention rates Maintaining outstanding operational standards.
Recruiting, leading and developing a high-performing team.
Building relationships within the local community.
Creating a positive, energetic club culture.
About You You’ll be an inspirational leader with experience managing a gym, leisure or customer-focused business.
You’ll be commercially driven, passionate about people, and thrive in a hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
