We are looking for an Account Executive to help us with client communications and oversee the design and development of multiple projects. FDRY (Foundry Digital) is a creative e-commerce design and build agency based in London. We were established 10 years ago and we are trusted by hundreds of digital businesses with their projects.
Our focus is dynamic digital growth and your role involves maintaining client relations, client communications and coordinating jobs with team members using our task management system Monday.com. You will work extensively across 3 key areas:
- Proposals preparation to generate new sales opportunities
- Developing client relationships
- Working with clients on project requirements and work with designers and developers on tasks implementations
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Proven Experience in Client/Account Management
- Confidence when communicating with clients face to face or over the phone
- Monday.com or other Task Management software
- WordPress / Shopify or other e-commerce software
- Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once
