Our marketing team serves as the link between the company and our passionate community. In addition to supporting the wider marketing team, this role will work closely with our brand and content team to drive and execute our marketing promotions and initiatives. Founded in 2012, Cloud Imperium Games creates cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We are currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. What does a Marketing Producer do?
- Support marketing leadership by helping to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and promotions, while fostering a motivated team and a culture of success.
- Act independently as a manager of various projects by breaking down tasks so that every aspect of the project is well-understood and appropriately scheduled to meet deadlines well in advance, while proactively identifying and addressing any risks that may arise.
- When issues do occur, use independent judgment and collaborative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and make recommendations to solve future problems and improve effectiveness.
- Create, track, and manage tasks for our brand and content team, and ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly to the highest standard.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the brand and content team and other departments, and be responsible for facilitating communication, organization, and accountability within geo-distributed marketing teams in Los Angeles (USA), Austin (USA), Montreal (Canada), Frankfurt (Germany) and Manchester (UK). This may require occasional adjusted work hours to coordinate better with teams in various time zones.
