About the job

We are looking for FoundPop’s next Sales Executive! This is an exciting opportunity to join a small startup offering a design-led more sustainable furniture solution for the events industry. If you are highly organised, target driven and would like the chance to play a vital role in growing a business – this could be the perfect role for you.

Born out of the award-winning architectural practise Found Associates, with a focus on the circular economy and a goal of becoming a B-Corp in the next couple of years we\’ve supplied furniture for the likes of Nike, Represent and SXSW Festival to name a few.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first port of call for all inbound sales queries by managing the phone and the hello@ inbox – ensuring all emails are replied to as quickly as possible
  • Become a subject matter expert of all FoundPop products and services
  • Assist with the initial quote process, sending invoices and confirming order details
  • Accurately manage all B2B orders through the entire customer journey from the initial order placement to delivery by ensuring effective communication with all parties including our Warehouse team
  • Support the Account Manager to achieve revenue targets through upselling products, design services and extending leases where possible
  • Track performance using CRM tools and report on sales activity
  • Support the sales team with lead generation as part of the New Business sales strategy
  • Increase the total number of brands and creative agencies worked with annually through daily multi-channel outreach targets
  • Maintain excellent customer service by quickly and efficiently resolving any potential client issues that may arise

Essential

  • Strong written English and confident phone manner
  • 2 years minimum experience in a sales role
  • Target driven
  • Startup experience and/or familiarity working in small teams essential
  • Desire to grow and develop within the role
  • Confident liaising with different stakeholders and building relationships
  • Can demonstrate problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude!
