Foundever is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the UK Marketing team, getting involved in a wide range of activities that will support the growth and brand awareness of Foundever. You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday – Friday within core business hours and be offered a competitive salary based on experience.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee and manage social media content for the UK.
- Plan and run marketing events such as roundtables for conferences.
- Execute key activities that form part of the marketing plan across multiple initiatives, including digital, social media, awards, print and industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, email marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Deliver administrative tasks for all marketing activities, on time and accurately.
- Review campaign performance, track results and report on ROI.
Content Development
- Develop high quality content and marketing collateral, such as awards submissions, case studies, thought leadership, blogs and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to gather data and insight to enhance the quality of all Foundever content.
- Write and schedule social posts for the UK across LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels as required.
- Update the Foundever website, including adding new content.
Brand Management and Promotion
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Foundever, ensuring consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.
- Manage and optimise our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Your Profile & Experience
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent creative writing skills: high attention to detail and strong subject matter expertise.
- Good communication skills: the ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business.
- Proactivity: Not afraid to proactively reach out to ensure any task is received ahead of deadlines.
- Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed.
- Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and adjust your communication style as necessary.
- Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
- A good working knowledge of Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Good experience using MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Familiarity with various marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Salsloft and Google Analytics.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the contact centre / CX industry.
