Overview
Foundever and Intuit are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team on a 6-month contractual basis. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop Customer Success dashboards that analyze and report on revenue-generating and customer experience activities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of user-friendly and comprehensive executive dashboards.
You will work on behalf of our client, Intuit, a global fintech leader renowned for driving prosperity through innovative financial solutions, trusted by millions of customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Dashboard Development:
- Design and build interactive and intuitive Customer Success dashboards to report on retention and revenue activities.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL processes to support dashboard creation and data integration.
- Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
- Experimentation:
- Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
- Provide historical data for key metrics to establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
- Collaboration:
- Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand reporting needs and refine dashboard functionalities.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders and executives clearly and concisely.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through best practices in data governance and quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly.
Your Profile & Experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with SQL (essential).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Qliksense, or similar tools.
- Experience with ETL processes and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with call centre data and key industry metrics.
- Understanding of web data and digital support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex analyses into clear insights.
- Effective time management to meet project deadlines.
