Foundever is seeking a Process Improvement & PeakOS Manager to drive operational excellence across US and EMEA markets. You’ll balance hands-on performance work with independent assurance, collaborating with Ops, Learning, HR and Workforce Management to lift customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.
You’ll assess PeakOS implementation, identify gaps, and ensure corrective actions are tracked and sustained, engaging stakeholders at all levels with analytical insight.
