To cope with our current DevOps needs, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system scalability, security, high availability, and performance.
Location
The position Offers fully remote working or hybrid in any of our EMEA or US Markets.
Missions
- Design, develop and automate process to deliver client infrastructure on our cloud platform (mainly hosted on AWS).
- Manage platforms through automation, tooling, tuning and new solutions.
- Follow up on incidents to provide enhancements and corrective measures to maintain / improve Service Levels.
- Provide support and collaborate with the AI and Product teams.
- Create and update all documentation related to the items above.
The DevOps team works transversally to support and build hosting infrastructure for the AI and Product teams. We use the kanban agile method to manage our activity. Product development teams are driven by the Agile Scrum method, organized in squads of 8-9 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as a Scrum Master), Developers (frontend & backend) and QA Engineers. Just like our DevOps team, our UI/UX Designers are also working transversally for all squads.

Linux Systems (Debian) - AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, ECS, EC2, EKS and S3) - Kubernetes - Web Services - Terraform - Ansible - Docker - Git.
Expected skills
Required
- At least 5 years of experience working in a production or system management team for critical services and applications.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Git.
- Good expertise managing Linux Systems (Debian).
- Knowledge about networking: TCP/IP, Web Services, tiered application services.
- Scripting experience in shell, python, etc.
- Experience working in a normalized environment and knowledge of Agile DevOps processes.
- Strong knowledge of Azure: AKS, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, ACR, Azure Monitor, and Storage Account.
- Experience in process automation and with tools like Ansible.
- ITIL knowledge.
