Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 21:00, & Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00
Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

What will I be doing?
As an Inbound Telesales Advisor with Foundever®, you will take incoming calls from potential customers and upsell them the TV, phone, broadband and mobile services they want and need. You will listen carefully to each potential customer’s needs and use your knowledge of our products and services to find the right solutions every time. You will have the passion to sell our client's products to new and existing customers over the telephone, whilst delivering great customer service and being an advocate for our client's brand and its products. You don’t need technical knowledge as our in-depth training programme will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a buzz for hitting targets and provide a good experience even under difficult circumstances.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to commute to our office at Adamson House, Towers Business Park, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, M20 2YY
- Confidence to contact customers directly, including cold calling
- Highly motivated, resilient and thrive on outperforming targets
- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
- Desire to deliver great customer service and passion to smash your targets and objectives
- Responsible, reliable, punctual and fun
- Ability to use a PC and good keyboard skills
- Great communication and listening skills along with the ability to demonstrate Foundever's purpose and values
It would be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of working within a call centre environment
- Experience in data entry

- On target commission (OTC) of ÂŁ400 per month plus uncapped commissions for overachievement on top of your base salary of ÂŁ24,784.50 per annum
