Salary: £24,784.50 per annum, plus uncapped commission (£400 per month OTC)!
Location: Didsbury, Manchester, M20 2RY (hybrid working option available post-probation – 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 21:00, & Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00
Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Training: 3 weeks plus 2 weeks gradbay (fully paid)

Foundever® is seeking Inbound Telesales Advisors to join our vibrant team in Manchester, working on behalf of one of our largest telecommunications clients! If you’re on the search for your next sales opportunity, we want to hear from YOU!

What will I be doing?

As an Inbound Telesales Advisor with Foundever®, you will take incoming calls from potential customers and upsell them the TV, phone, broadband and mobile services they want and need. You will listen carefully to each potential customer’s needs and use your knowledge of our products and services to find the right solutions every time.

You will have the passion to sell our client's products to new and existing customers over the telephone, whilst delivering great customer service and being an advocate for our client's brand and its products. You don’t need technical knowledge as our in-depth training programme will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a buzz for hitting targets and provide a good experience even under difficult circumstances.

  • You’ll have the confidence to contact customers directly, including cold calling customers and handle incoming calls.
  • Be highly motivated, resilient and thrive on outperforming targets.
  • You’ll be comfortable working in a target driven environment.
  • You’ll have the desire to deliver great customer service and the passion to smash your targets and objectives.
  • We want people who are responsible, reliable, punctual and fun.
  • You’ll have the ability to use a PC and have good keyboard skills.
  • To have great communication and listening skills along with the ability to demonstrate Foundever's purpose and values.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Knowledge of working within a call centre environment.
  • Experience in data entry.
