Key Details Basic Salary: £25,837 per annum, paid monthly in arrears Commission: Earn up to £1,400 per month! Location: Newcastle Upon-Tyne, NE12 8EZ (hybrid working option to be discussed) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm Contract Duration: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) Training: 2 weeks (fully paid) Overview As a Direct Sales Advisor at Foundever®, you’ll empower small businesses to grow by converting warm leads into paying customers by coaching and advising them on best‑in‑class online marketing practices. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to persuade others. Prior experience in a sales/marketing role is required. Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls converting warm leads into paying customers in a contact centre environment Inspire small business owners all over the country to grow their business with our client’s ever‑growing suite of email marketing solutions Conduct needs analysis to determine how to help best prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges Close business with new customers on a daily basis Your Profile Go‑Getter: Experience working in a sales, business development or marketing environment is strongly desired Ambassador: Strong passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed Effective Communicator: Impeccable oral and written skills with the ability to be persuasive, adapting your style as necessary Naturally Curious: Foundational understanding of general business concepts, especially around sales and marketing, with a hunger to learn and grow Tech‑Savvy: Ability to quickly master new software and/or technologies Time Management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently Motivated: Self‑motivated, articulate and enthusiastic About Us Foundever® is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry.
