Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Workplace & Cloud Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and transformation of our enterprise digital workplace, collaboration, endpoint, identity, and cloud platforms. Reporting to the Principal Global Architect, you’ll define enterprise standards, drive large-scale transformation initiatives, and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
You’ll work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Identity, and Operations teams while providing technical leadership and architectural governance across global regions.
Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise architecture, standards, roadmaps, and governance for digital workplace, endpoint, identity, collaboration, and cloud platforms.
- Lead Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Identity, Security, Compliance, and Endpoint Management.
- Design and govern Azure, AWS, and GCP architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
- Drive endpoint modernization using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and cloud-managed/co-managed solutions.
- Lead architecture decisions, risk management, technical governance, and solution lifecycle management.
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Produce architecture documentation, standards, operational guides, and ensure successful operational handover and knowledge transfer.
- Mentor engineering teams and support long-term technology strategy.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving enterprise technology strategy.
