Overview
In this role, you will communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and customers across the European market in French, ensuring their queries are answered and issues are resolved. You will handle issues and complaints via email and calls, covering the entire EMEA Market.
The team receives inbound calls and emails and makes outbound calls or responds to emails for follow-up and gathering additional information within the agreed timeframe.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer contacts via telephone and email (Tier 1 technical support for vision care products)
- Listen carefully and show understanding of customer needs
- Choose appropriate actions, including replacement orders or refunds, and follow up on queries
- Document complaints within the required timeframe
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Escalate queries and complaints to technical and medical teams when necessary
- Support the team by sharing information and skills
- Act as a good ambassador for Foundever and our client
Your Profile and Experience
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a bonus
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (call center preferred)
- Strong communication skills, tact, diplomacy, and empathy
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and CRM systems
- Team-oriented and supportive
- High integrity and responsibility
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to put in extra effort
- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and responsive to relevant developments
