The Role Foundervine Spaces is a community-led coworking hub designed for founders, creatives, and purpose-driven professionals. It is more than a workspace - it is a place for connection, collaboration, and growth. The Community Associate plays a key role in bringing this to life day-to-day. This is a hands-on, front-facing role focused on creating a welcoming, well-run, and high-quality environment for members, guests, partners, and event attendees. You will support member experience, tours and enquiries, events, facilities coordination, and the day-to-day running of the space. This role is well-suited to someone early in their career who is proactive, organised, confident with people, and takes pride in maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Experience
    • Act as the first point of contact, creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
    • Build strong relationships with members and support a positive, community-driven atmosphere.
    • Support onboarding and respond to member queries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
    • Gather and share member feedback to help improve the overall experience.
  • Tours & Enquiry Management
    • Deliver engaging and informative tours to prospective members.
    • Manage and follow up on enquiries in a timely and organised way.
    • Support conversion of interest into membership through clear and confident communication.
    • Track enquiries, tours, and follow-ups to ensure a consistent and professional process.
  • Space Operations & Facilities Support
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented space across all areas.
    • Monitor facilities and proactively resolve day-to-day issues, escalating where needed.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and support facilities-related requests.
    • Support smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to space policies.
  • Events Support & Delivery
    • Support the setup, delivery, and breakdown of events.
    • Welcome guests and assist with on-the-day coordination.
    • Manage event logistics including room setup, materials, and registration.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Member Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Actively listen to members and identify themes or areas for improvement.
    • Support feedback collection through conversations, surveys, and check-ins.
    • Share insights with the team and support follow-up actions.
    • Contribute ideas to enhance the member journey and overall experience.

Person Specification We are looking for someone who is:

Requirements The ideal candidate must/must be:

  • Able to work on-site in Canada Water, 5 days per week.
  • Confident speaking to new people daily and leading tours of the space.
  • Highly organised and responsive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented, and professional environment.
  • Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
  • Willing to support hands-on operational tasks as needed.
  • Comfortable liaising with members, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Open to receiving and sharing member feedback to improve the space.
