The Role

The Recruitment & Talent Lead will play a key role in shaping how Foundervine and the organisations we support build strong teams. Working closely with the People & HR Manager and leadership teams, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across Foundervine and Canopy, managing multiple hiring pipelines while ensuring recruitment processes are structured, efficient, and high quality. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with operational thinking. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to identify talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and introduce systems and tools that improve hiring outcomes. It is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of building effective recruitment practices that enable organisations to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Foundervine and organisations supported through Canopy, from role definition to offer stage.
  • Partner with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple sectors, building strong and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Manage candidate screening, interviews, and hiring processes to ensure structured, fair, and efficient decision-making.
  • Build and improve recruitment systems, workflows, and tools to increase hiring efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide insights on talent markets, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Track recruitment performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Foundervine's values and professionalism.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles or organisations.
  • Experience working closely with founders, leadership teams, or hiring managers.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience using ATS systems and recruitment technology platforms.
  • Confidence sourcing and engaging candidates proactively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment when assessing candidate fit and hiring decisions.
