What we’re looking for
- A UK-qualified commercial lawyer to join our Commercial team as a Senior Associate or Principal Associate.
- 4 - 8+ years PQE.
- A commercial-first transactional skill set, with experience handling revenue-generating customer agreements (customer agreements, product and services terms, supplier engagements, confidentiality arrangements, and similar).
- Tech-savvy, with experience advising on technology and SaaS arrangements and the commercial contracts that sit underneath high-growth businesses.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of data privacy issues.
- A great sense of humour and a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Wants to take on responsibility in a supportive environment, working on and leading client relationships with fast-scaling businesses globally.
- Knows how to present solutions to complex issues without using jargon.
- Wants to help build a new firm that is growing extremely quickly.
- Is entrepreneurial to their core and fiercely champions their clients\' interests.
- Has experience of managing at least one direct report.
- Enjoys being part of the tech ecosystem, including engaging in networking and business development activities.
