JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, help develop menus, manage stock, and ensure a safe, compliant kitchen.
You’ll guide junior staff, drive high standards, and motivate the team to deliver fresh, quality food every service, supporting career development through our internal training programmes.
