We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to play a significant role in this journey and help to write the next thrilling chapter of innovation in the UK. In this role, you will be at the front-line of generating leads, engaging with potential partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and that each sponsor gets maximum value from the partnership.

Applicants must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be highly motivated and self-driven. Applicants must also be capable of working in a deadline-oriented environment, handling daily tasks including, but not limited to: customer service, financial reporting and tracking, partnership nurturing, Salesforce administration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure and onboard new commercial partnerships for Founders Forum, reaching out to potential partners and gathering relevant information.
  • Proactively research and generate new leads to secure partnerships in new and expanding products.
  • Organise and manage information related to partners within our backend systems (Salesforce), streamlining processes to optimise efficiency.
  • Work with the team to enable events for our global community, ensuring smooth delivery, deliver on our team operational and commercial KPIs and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively contribute to the optimisation of current processes, seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Partnership team.
  • Coordinate and manage various communication across relevant departments to deliver synchronised messaging to the market and our customers.
  • Act as a key support for the Partnerships Team and wider events team, to ensure partnerships are in place for Tech Nation events.

Requirements

  • Track record of securing and managing successful partnerships, sales.
  • Detail oriented and organised while being able to understand the big picture.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills via telephone, email and in-person and are able to select the appropriate form of communication for a given situation.
  • You are a highly motivated self-starter with ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and adapt to last-minute adjustments and rapidly changing agendas.
  • You have a general understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
