If you are someone who thrives on responsibility, discretion, and being at the heart of decision-making, this is a rare and exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • CEO Support & Enablement
    • Full ownership of the CEO's complex diary, inbox, and meeting cadence, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact priorities.
    • Proactive diary planning across short, medium, and long-term horizons (daily flow, weekly priorities, long-term travel and personal commitments).
    • Managing all CEO travel logistics end-to-end, including international travel, visas, itineraries, and contingency planning.
    • Expenses management and administrative support, exercising efficiency and discretion at all times.
  • Strategic & Operational Support
    • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Working closely with the Chief of Staff on briefing materials for meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
    • Assisting preparation agendas, briefing documents, and drafting follow-ups to ensure meetings lead to action.
    • Supporting key projects where CEO time, coordination, or preparation is critical.
    • Supporting Chief of Staff closely on special projects and new ventures as required.
    • Own executing the sending of invitations on the CEO's behalf to ensure the highest calibre speakers and attendees are secured for Founders Forum and Tech Nation events.
    • Helping to spearhead the ongoing organisation of the CEO's quarterly leading women in business events.
    • Facilitating email introductions on the CEO's behalf to ensure she is supporting connections across the tech ecosystem as much as possible.
  • Communication & Coordination
    • Managing sensitive and confidential information with exceptional judgement.
    • Anticipating risks, clashes, and pressure points before they arise.
    • Building strong working relationships across the Founders Forum Group to enable fast, effective collaboration.
    • Keeping the CEO and team connected as we grow.
  • Growth & Development
    • This role is designed to grow with the group, events business and the individual. Over time, scope may expand into:
    • Ownership of CEO rhythm and operating cadence.
    • Greater involvement and ownership in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Travelling with the CEO to give on the ground support.

You’ll have knocked our socks off in 6 months if...

  • Stakeholders trust you as an extension of the CEO.
  • Meetings are better prepared, more focused, and more productive.
  • You are supporting the FF & TN team in contextualising the CEO's key relationships to support with the execution of key events.
Requirements

  • Interest in tech and startups is a bonus.
This role is for you if...
