About the Venture
IMMOLY is building the AI operating system for private landlords. Property management is still painfully manual: emails, WhatsApp messages, tenant calls, repairs, rent checks, documents, service providers, reminders, deadlines, Nebenkosten, legal questions, banking, and endless follow‑ups. IMMOLY turns this into a proactive AI‑based property management platform: agents that understand incoming requests, structure tasks, communicate with tenants and service providers, and help landlords manage their properties with far less operational effort. We are already incorporated, pre‑seed funded, and have a first stack of users. The first product is live, the core direction is clear, and now we are looking for a hands‑on CTO / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the product and technology as a co‑founder.
What you’ll own:
- You will need to make good technical decisions under uncertainty, and help turn a working MVP into a scalable SaaS product used by real customers.
- You will own the technical product end‑to‑end.
- You will ship full features across frontend, backend, database, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and AI agents.
- You will work closely with the founder/CEO on product direction, user feedback, roadmap, hiring, architecture, and technical execution.
- You will not just manage engineers. In the beginning, you will be hands‑on in the codebase every week. You will set the standard by building, reviewing, unblocking, and making pragmatic decisions.
What we’re looking for:
- The key requirement is the combination: fullstack SaaS plus agentic AI – plenty of people can do one of the two. We need someone who can demonstrably do both.
- Building and shipping SaaS products – you should have actually shipped a SaaS product used by real customers (ideally in a startup or start‑to‑scale environment, not only as one contributor inside a large organization).
- Our current infrastructure is on GCP. Direct GCP experience is helpful, but strong AWS or Azure experience is also fine if you can transfer quickly.
- Building agentic AI systems that do real work – IMMOLY is not just another dashboard with AI sprinkled on top. We are building agents that actually perform operational property‑management work. Most importantly: you should have shipped an agentic product or feature to real users. Notebook prototypes and demos are not enough.
- Strong plus: Experience with German real estate, Mietrecht, Nebenkostenabrechnung, property management, banking, DATEV or document‑heavy B2B workflows.
This is probably not the right role if:
- Your AI experience is mostly prototypes, demos or research projects.
- You call yourself fullstack but are really only frontend or only backend.
- You have not shipped products to real users.
- You want to rewrite the entire stack before understanding the product and users.
- You are too senior or abstract to be hands‑on in a small early‑stage company.
- You need a large team and mature processes to be effective.
- You are uncomfortable with fast iteration and imperfect information.
Our Offer:
- A founder‑level salary from day one.
- A meaningful equity / share package with standard vesting.
- A central technical leadership role in an incorporated, pre‑seed funded company.
- A running MVP, not just a pitch deck.
- A large, painful, real market with clear demand.
- Strategic relevance in German PropTech and real estate.
- The chance to build an AI‑native SaaS company from the earliest serious stage.
- A pragmatic, ambitious team with strong commercial and domain momentum.
IMMOLY has moved beyond the idea stage. The company is incorporated, funded, and the MVP is running. The next phase is about turning the current product into a reliable, scalable, customer‑facing SaaS platform with agentic workflows at its core. We are looking for someone who wants ownership, not comfort. Someone who can build, lead, decide, hire, and stay close to the product. If you want to become the technical co‑founder of an AI‑native PropTech company at the moment where the product, market and company structure are coming together, please apply.
