Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver product in a tech startup environment
- Experience integrating third-party data providers and APIs in production environments
- Experience working with complex data models and multi-party workflows
- Experience across full-stack web development, data analysis, and applied AI
- Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
- Experience building products in regulated or highly structured industries such as insurance, fintech, payments, health, or govtech would be a big advantage
- Familiarity with compliance-aware system design, including auditability, permissions, data lineage, and security-by-default
- Exposure to marketplace, platform, or workflow orchestration systems
- Prior experience as an early or founding engineer at a startup
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the core Konduit platform
- Deliver the MVP and onboard early customers
- Feed into product strategy and commercial goals to identify opportunities to quickly deliver customer value
- Establish engineering best practices, infrastructure, and security foundations
- Develop the Konduit canonical data model that underpins our platform
- Integrate external data sources to power an intelligent allocation layer

The role is for a Tech Lead / Founding Engineer in our London Studio on a full-time, onsite basis, working directly with the CEO to shape the platform, technical vision, and the future of the company.
