Founders Factory in Greater London is seeking an enthusiastic Operations & Programme Coordinator to support Studio and Accelerator activities.

This role covers onboarding founders, scheduling programmes, coordinating events, capturing feedback and monitoring engagement across cohorts.

You will work with the Head of Operations and Chief Studio Officer to ensure delivery of our offer to founders, tracking progress against company objectives and creating value as start-ups scale.
