Our client is one of the UK's largest charities, and they are looking for an Oracle EPM Workforce specialist to lead the EPM Workforce implementation and support adjacent ERP work.
What you'll do:
- Gather business requirements for the data needed in Oracle EPM Workforce.
- Map source processes across Oracle HCM and ERP, identifying what needs to change.
- Design data capture amendments and produce configuration documents for the MSP to build from.
- Test and support deployment across the organisation.
- Work alongside the transformation team on adjacent ERP projects, including upcoming Chart of Accounts amendments.
What we need from you:
- Hands-on Oracle EPM Workforce experience. Not EPM generally, the Workforce module specifically. This is the non-negotiable.
- Comfort bridging HCM and ERP data flows.
- Strong grasp of financial terminology and ability to hold your own with finance stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You'll sit across IT, Finance and Transformation.
- Able to get to the Hertfordshire head office at least once a month, Wednesdays preferred.
Why this one:
Purpose-led work for a charity with national reach and hundreds of services across the UK. Clean scope — the MSP handles the build, so the remit is functional/BA rather than hands-on config.
Interviews from Wednesday, 13 May. Apply via the link and a member of the team will be in touch.
