A long-established UK software company is hiring an Account Manager to take ownership of an existing customer territory. Their products are used by over 22 million users in 120+ countries across education and corporate IT.
This is a renewals, upsell and account development role. You'll be the named contact for an assigned book of business, with a clear remit to keep customers happy, grow the territory, and pick up new accounts handed over from the New Business team.
- Owning a territory of existing customers across renewals, upsells and account growth
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline in Salesforce
- Onboarding new accounts handed across from the New Business team
- Some experience in account management, sales, customer success or a closely related B2B role
- Strong communication skills, comfortable building relationships at all levels
