We're hiring a Digital Workplace Engineer for a large, complex organisation operating across nearly 1,700 locations in England, delivering essential services around the clock. This is an engineering role with real ownership. You'll lead technical delivery of complex workplace change, contribute to design, set standards, and engage with senior stakeholders — not manage a queue.
The stack: M365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Autopilot, PowerShell. Large, regulated, multisite environment.
What we need: Someone who has made the shift from support into genuine workplace engineering. You can produce technical designs, own complex change end to end, and translate technical decisions into business language for a senior audience.
