We're hiring two Digital Workplace Engineers for a large, complex organisation delivering essential services across nearly 1,700 locations in England, around the clock. These are engineering roles with real ownership — not support positions with a project on the side. You'll lead technical delivery of complex workplace change, contribute to design, set standards, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders from day one.

What we need

You've come up through the ranks — on-prem, infrastructure, the old school stuff — before moving into modern workplace. You're not a one-trick specialist. You know your way around a network, you understand how things fit together, and you can hold your own in a room with senior leadership without needing your hand held.

The stack

Intune is the must-have — three or more years of hands‑on delivery, not just familiarity. SharePoint is a specific priority. Beyond that: M365, Entra ID, Autopilot, Exchange Online, PowerShell. Large, regulated, multisite environment.

What you'll get

This role is part of a major technology transformation. Salary from £55,000 with flexibility for the right person. Fully remote with occasional travel when needed. If you're a seasoned professional who gets things done without being managed, get in touch.
