At nsave, we're redefining how underserved communities protect and grow their wealth. We're looking for a high-impact Office Manager & Executive Assistant to keep our London HQ running flawlessly while also providing direct support to our Co-Founders and broader team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and internal/external coordination.
  • Organise extensive travel: flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, and ground logistics.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, travel packs, documents, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with team logistics, expense reports, reimbursements, and document organisation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and time-critical tasks across the leadership team.

Office Management

  • Run daily office operations: supplies, kitchen, desk setup, facilities, basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and landlord/property manager.
  • Oversee office access, security fobs, and building coordination.
  • Handle catering, daily lunches, events, onsite/offsite planning, and team gatherings.
  • Track and maintain equipment inventory, onboarding kits, and office assets.
  • Partner with Finance, People, and Ops to streamline and improve internal processes.

What You Bring

  • Experience in office management, operations, or EA roles—preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools.
  • A low-ego, high-ownership, people-first approach.
