What you'll be doing:
- Develop partnerships with key players in the automotive electronics sector—distributors, retailers, car dealerships, online marketplaces, service centers, and corporate clients.
- Seek out new partners and open up product distribution channels in international markets.
- Maintain and regularly update the partner and customer database, ensuring that contact information and interaction history remain up to date.
- Negotiate with potential partners to launch joint projects, activations, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collect and organize feedback from partners and clients to drive product optimization and service improvements.
- Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives and make informed decisions.
What's important for this position:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese at the C1 level or higher for effective communication with international partners.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate, and build long-term relationships with partners.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Analytical thinking, the ability to work with large volumes of data and draw conclusions.
- Independence, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
