Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run the inclusion room on a daily basis
- Maintain a calm, structured and controlled environment
- Deal confidently with challenging behaviour
- Support students with emotional regulation and behaviour reflection
- Ensure school behaviour systems and policies are followed consistently
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership teams and staff
- Act as a strong consistent and professional presence
- Complete records logs and reporting as required

- You have experience working in schools or with young people
- You are confident managing groups of students independently
- You are able to handle challenging behaviour calmly and professionally

- Annual leave entitlement is included within the salary and must be taken during school closure periods. Leave cannot be taken during term time
