Join Our Team as a Team Leader!
Do you enjoy leading a team dedicated to empowering young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness living in our hostels across North Yorkshire. We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to drive positive outcomes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
As a Team Leader you will take the lead on delivering an approach to support, placing young people at the centre of their journey toward independence
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, including how to identify, respond to, and escalate concerns
- Experience of working with vulnerable people
- Experience of working with client management systems ie, CMS, RIO, PARIS Initiative to lead and manage a team to meet agreed targets
- The ability to motivate and lead others to deliver excellent service
- A full valid UK driving licence
