Are you passionate about supporting people as they build confidence and achieve their goals? As a Housing Support Worker, working in our Core and Cluster team, you will support vulnerable young people aged 16–25, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seekers to move towards independent living. You’ll be self-motivated, solution-focused, and a creative thinker.

What you’ll do:

  • Offer 1:1 and group-based support and practical advice on housing, tenancy management, budgeting, and life skills.
  • Collaborate with agencies, families, and social networks to build a support system around each young person.
  • Promote client involvement and co-production of services through workshops and feedback channels.
  • Work a shift pattern between 7.30am and 10.30pm on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

What you’ll bring:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people.
  • Experience of providing support in housing, social care or youth work settings.
  • A working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
