Foundation Scotland is on a growth trajectory. The Board is committed to supporting this growth and have set aside funds for investment in technology and systems improvement. We use SunSytems for accounting and budgeting and have interfaces to our Grantmaking and Donor Database (Salesforce) and invoices and expenses system (ExpenseIn).
This role will take on responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounting data in SunSystems and SalesForce predominantly through the use of interface tools. There is still a small degree of manual processing, however the post holder, working with finance and accounting colleagues, will be encouraged to explore new ways to streamline tasks and automate processes further.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and optimizing IT to provide accurate and timeous financial information alongside excellent customer care.
