About the role:
- Working closely with your property and asset management colleagues, you will strive to deliver excellence and work towards the company’s goals and ambitions.
- The Central London team has over 200 properties under management including trophy assets and listed buildings.
- You will be leading a large team of facilities management professionals that pride themselves on excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for your region and contribute to the wider business plan.
- Lead and develop the regional budget and P&L.
- Proactive leadership of the large, diverse team, ensuring a positive and open culture, encouraging employee engagement and promoting continuous learning and engagement.
- Overseeing the mobilisation of new assets and set up of operations.
- Client and stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Proactively identify business development opportunities within existing and new client relationships.
About you:
- At least 10 years in facilities management and have held a senior leadership position.
- Experience of managing large, diverse teams.
- Technical knowledge and experience, MEBOSH qualified.
- A positive and proactive leader with excellent communication skills.
- Interest in driving innovation to ensure best in class customer service.
