Estate Administrator in Slough

Slough Full-Time No working from home possible
Foundation Recruitment

SOUTH LONDON

Upto £40,000k

We’re looking for an Estate Admin to join the team and provide high-quality clerical, administrative and reception support across a vibrant and dynamic mixed-use estate.

THE ROLE...

This is a varied role for someone who likes to be organised, takes ownership and gets things done.

You’ll be an ambassador for the business and Elephant Park, providing a professional and welcoming experience whether you’re dealing face-to-face, by telephone or in writing with residents, commercial occupiers, leaseholders, residential occupiers, visitors and contractors.

But this role is about much more than traditional administration. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, accountable and confident coordinating people and projects from start to finish.

You’ll take ownership of a variety of projects, from smaller pieces of work through to fit-outs and refurbishments. You’ll coordinate different stakeholders, keep things moving, follow up on actions and make sure projects are delivered properly and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

  • Providing day-to-day administrative, clerical and reception support to the Estate Management Team.
  • Acting as a professional and approachable ambassador for Elephant Park.
  • Coordinating projects, contractors, stakeholders and key actions through to completion.
  • Supporting fit-outs, refurbishments and other estate management projects.
  • Working closely with the helpdesk to ensure issues and requests are effectively managed and followed through.
  • Helping to improve administrative processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Supporting the standardisation and management of filing structures and documentation.
  • Assisting with quarterly meetings, presentations, minutes and actions.
  • Supporting client reporting and ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining records, trackers and documentation.
  • Liaising with residents, commercial occupiers, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and making sure nothing gets lost in the gaps.

ABOUT YOU...

You’ll be someone ideally who:

  • Is highly organised and naturally keeps on top of multiple priorities.
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Is proactive, reliable and accountable.
  • Has excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Is confident dealing with a wide range of people and stakeholders.
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
  • Can manage competing deadlines and keep projects moving.
  • Is comfortable following up with people and holding actions to account.
  • Enjoys improving processes and finding better ways of doing things.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to develop.

WHY APPLY?

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in an administration, coordination, property, operations or customer-facing role who is ready to take the next step.

There’s genuine opportunity to develop your career. The business has a strong track record of promoting people internally, so if you’re ambitious, take ownership and want to build your experience across estate management, projects and operations, there’s plenty of scope to progress.

You’ll work in a unique and fast-moving environment where no two days are quite the same, with exposure to a wide range of projects, people and challenges.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + discretionary bonus
