What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the scheme as a sole on-site representative
- Overseeing contractors, health and safety compliance, and facilities
- Supporting leasing activity by carrying out viewings and engaging new occupiers
- Working closely with local stakeholders, including the Town Council and BID
- Organising local events in the square, from community markets to the Christmas light switch-on
- Coordinating with third-party partners for cleaning, security, and commercialisation
- Maintaining strong tenant relationships and acting as the go-to person on site

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- FM or Management experience in a retail, leisure, or mixed-use environment
- Knowledge of health & safety and contractor management
- Strong people skills and confidence leading viewings and talking with stakeholders
- A genuine interest in the local area and building community relationships
Salary: £35,000–£40,000
